Vendor registration & information

Please complete and submit the vendor registration form by Saturday October 14th.  Once we have received your form we will contact you to confirm and to arrange payment. 

Vendor Registration

I have read and agree to the following vendor terms:







Cost:  $20 for an outside 10x10 area – you provide your own table and tent if needed.

$50 for an inside booth approximately 8x8. We include a table and chairs. This area is in a barn so sheltered but not heated. These spots are limited and are first come, first serve.

Time:  The event runs from 10 to 4. Vendors can arrive to setup at 7:30. You can drive your vehicle to your booth area if you’d like but please complete your setup and return your car to the parking area by 9:30. During the event, vehicles aren’t allowed outside of the parking area to ensure everyone’s safety. 

Event Cancellation:  We are definitely a rain or shine kind of place. We’ve had great turnouts even on cold, rainy days.

Comfort Tips:  All vendor areas are either outside or in unheated farm buildings. Please dress for the weather to ensure you have a comfortable day. We will have a heated room available for vendors and volunteers who need to take a break for coffee or hot chocolate.

There will be a food truck and at least one other food vendor at the event. Potties will be of the porta-kind.
